20 days to go!!

Woh... another 20 days to go and I will be back to Malaysia! 

Just came back from church after some singing practice for the up coming 2008 influencers conference! (14th - 17th Jan). 

Tired at the moment. 31C outside and 35C in my room! Hot hot hot!!! 

Thinking of what should I bring back from Malaysia... making some list now... or how much money should I bring!!! Must do a big big shopping this year!!! Didn't do must last yes...

Another day in the office

Monday, start another stressful working day. A lot of design stuff to do. And also busy with the church conference event. It going to be a busy week for me this week with choir practice all days.

The problem...

Ok, here I explain what has happen regarding my air ticket process. 

31/12/07 9pm
I book my air ticket through zuji.com.au flight MalaysianAirlines MH138/139 from ADL to KUL return. Using credit card A for payment. Total amount: AUD2604.14

01/01/08 10am
New year. Acknowledgement email from zuji.com.au regarding payment process was successful and e-ticket will be issued shortly.

02/01/08 11am
Receive a phone call from zuji.com.au mentioned the price of the air ticket has increased. I agree to authorize the extra $100 payment taken from credit card A.

02/01/08 11.30am
Receive another phone call from zuji.com.au. The transection for the extra payment was fail due the credit card A over the spending limit. The sale person told me she has credited back the AUD2604.14 into the credit card A account and need another credit card for the new total amount. Communication cut off half way through the conversation.

02/01/08 1pm
I call back to zuji.com.au regarding the payment issue for the air ticket. I gave them my credit card B number for the new payment. End up, they made a mistake, the payment went to Air New Zealand instead of MalaysiaAirlines. The sale person call the credit card B service centre to request an authorization to cancel the payment and transfer the money back to credit card B. I asked the sale person to use credit card A again to see whether it work. Finally it work. This call last for 1.5 hours!!!

03/01/08 10am
Receive an email from zuji.com.au. My air ticket has been issued electronically (e-ticket) and the flight is confirm. I checked my credit card B account, refund received. But the original payment refund using credit card A still haven't receive.

They shouldn't charge me extra. They should charge the price displayed on the screen which I already paid on 31/12. I think I have a legitimate reason to request a free upgrade pay by zuji.com.au.

28 days to Go!

Yes, 28 days to go I will be back to Malaysia for this year for the wonderful Chinese New Year celebration! 

But before that, something not happening smoothly with my air ticket booking. :(
